This course explores the principles of leadership and management as they apply to the functions and operations of nutrition programs and services and personal leadership style. Students will examine managerial processes and the skills required to effectively manage both people and tasks in diverse nutrition settings while also gaining an appreciation for organizational structure, HR processes, and budget development and management.
